Garrett is the glue that holds everything together. There is a relatively small segment of leaders in the property management world; individuals who seem able to build relationships, trust, and rapport with almost anyone, and then are able to broker the relationships and make connections between people, creating partnerships and alliances with local contractors, and motivating forward momentum to ‘get things done.’
Garrett Cummings is one of those people, and ‘getting things done’ and driving results—through collaboration, partnerships, and relationships—as a community manager in the property management field, is what he is all about. With an enthusiastic and genuinely friendly attitude, Garrett radiates a sincere passion for delivering value, reliability, and accountability to our residents.
A retired Navy Master-at-Arms (police) by training, Garrett earned his B.S. in Criminal Justice at Sanford-Brown College in 2011, and utilized his time working within the Missouri Department of Corrections for a few years before making the life-changing decision that he could make a larger, positive impact on more people if he moved into administration and personnel management. After returning to school and earning his M.S. in Criminal Justice Administration (Magna cum Laude) from Lindenwood University in 2013.
While serving his country, Garrett has repeatedly proved his ability to lead through diverse and challenging situations. As a former Chief of Police and leader of military personnel, he is an excellent agent of community involvement and has a documented track record of accomplishments that include the start-up and management of new facilities; creation and launch of new and improved educational, and operational programs.
Simply put; you can live worry-free knowing that Garrett is helping to keep renting simplified.
